I found it from a Google search. But since it is from Sesame Street, I would say Sesame Workshop. (Formerly Children’s Television Workshop.)
As for hi-res, I’m sorry I can’t be of more help. I did a google search for a “Large” picture of it, but there were none. In “Medium” the largest seems to be 640x455:
